We are a big enough organisation to serve our customers well, we are highly skilled and deliver a quality set of technical information, drawings/model and schematics, yet we are small and attentive enough to be able to tailor our design package to suit your needs and budget.
We have specialist design skills in all aspects of design for; heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting, data, small power systems, sprinklers as well as interfaces with specialist equipment including; spa / swimming pool plant, process equipment, medical gases, cryogenics and data to name a few.

Flexible Appointment & Fees
Depending on the nature of your specific needs and the extent of our appointment, we can advise on; concept development, provide outline/planning information, undertake design development and co-ordination between the MEP services and with the Architectural and Structural schemes as well as elements typically allocated to specialist sub-contractors.
We also provide advice on the design of more complex project components such as central plant items, renewables or interfaces with utilities, district heat networks, sprinklers or smoke ventilation.
We can assist you to optimise proposed new schemes or adaption of existing installations for improved energy efficiency.
Or we can simply provide QA checks, peer reviews, value engineering exercises or documentation support on your existing schemes to help you satisfy compliances while enabling the investments made return capital and operational cost savings.
Capability
Unusually for MEP consultants and in response to feedback, particularly from developers who are focused on progress, we can provide full system sizing, equipment schedules, functional descriptions and detailed technical submittals as well as producing drawings and schematics that can be installed to and commissioned from, complete with sections, elevations and details as appropriate for ease of construction, sequencing and to aid the on site progress.
We also have validation capability to measure and validate performance of your systems for scoping, commissioning or optimisation purposes.
BIM / Revit
We have full BIM capability and work to BIM L2 where required. However, we are often asked to take a rational approach to suit the specific budget and programme requirements for any project and can adapt the provision, typically offering Revit co-ordination for the most complex areas only, such as; risers, plantrooms and sometimes there is a value added reason to extend this coverage to include the main distribution routes – please contact us to discuss how we can help you.
